Golden Slipper Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 oz apricot brandy
  3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  1 egg yolk

Stir brandy and chartreuse with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Float unbroken egg yolk on top and serve.
