Green Fairy Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 oz absinthe herbal liqueur
  1 oz water
  juice of 1 lemons
  2 tsp egg white
  1 dash Angostura bitters

Shake thoroughly with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
