Boulevard Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 oz rye whiskey
1/2 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur
1/2 oz dry vermouth
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.
