Ingredients

  • 1 dash Ricard pastis
    2 oz gin
    2 dashes Noilly Prat French vermouth
    1 dash Angostura bitters

Place a dash of ricard into a cocktail glass and swill to coat the inside. Pour out the excess. Chill the gin, vermouth and bitters by stirring with ice, and strain into the prepared glass. Serve.
