Hawaiian Island Surfer Recipe

Ingredients

• 4 oz orange sherbet
  2 oz pineapple juice
  1 oz coconut cream

Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in a wine goblet. Garnish with fruit, and serve with straws.
