Landed Gentry Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz dark rum
  1/2 oz Tia Maria coffee liqueur
  1 oz heavy cream

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass.
